Rockville Pool Opening Services

Pool Opening Service $450

OPTION 1 (Includes Cover)

Inspect and photograph pool and filtration systems, including a report advising any concerns about the pool or equipment with recommendations for improvement or replacement.

• Install customer’s gauges, plugs and baskets
• Test & inspect heater
• Re-assemble owner’s automatic pool cleaner
• Install ladder and rails
• Test water chemistry
• Balance water with owners’ chemicals (we can provide at additional cost)
• Provide initial chlorine shock treatment to water (3 lbs. of shock included)
• Remove pool cover

Pool Opening Service $385

OPTION 2 (No Cover)

Inspect and photograph pool and filtration systems, including a report advising any concerns about the pool or equipment and recommendations for improvement or replacement.

• Test & inspect heater

• Install ladder and rails

Additional Opening Services

More Options

• Remove pool cover: $125
• Remove water & debris from pool cover: $130 first ½ hour +$100 each 1/2 hr after
• Vacuuming: $80 per ½ hour

• Scrubbing & cleaning of solid cover: $150
• Raised wall cover removal surcharge: $50
• Attach spa to pool: $25

Prices are valid at the time of pool opening only. *It is the responsibility of the owner to raise the water level to its normal operating level and to remove water and debris from the pool cover before pool opening. Non-compliance will result in an additional service call and fee.
